The store is located on The Borough, the main shopping street in the centre of town near to the Castle Street Market.

By Car:

The main road to Farnham is the A31, which runs from Guildford down to Junction 9 of the M3. Follow signs towards Farnham town centre, and join the one-way road around the town. When you reach The Borough, Castle Street will be on your left, where there is some metered parking.

By Bus:

Most routes through Farnham stop along The Borough, with a bus stop just a few meters outside of the store.

By Train:

Farnham Railway Station is a ten minute walk from the store. On exit off the station, join Waverley Lane and turn left along it. Cross the bypass onto South Street. Continue until the traffic lights with Barclays Bank on your left, and turn left onto The Borough.

Your NHS Entitlement

Get a free eye test

Some patients qualify for a free NHS eye examination and optical vouchers. Find out if you are eligible for a free vision test.

Criteria	NHS funded sight test	NHS Optical voucher
Aged under 16
Aged 16, 17 or 18 in full time education
Aged 60 or over
Diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma
Considered to be at risk of glaucoma (as advised by an ophthalmologist)
Aged 40 or over and the parent, brother, sister, son or daughter of a person diagnosed with glaucoma
Registered blind or partially sighted
Eligible for an NHS Complex Lens Voucher (your optician will advise on your entitlement)
Claiming Benefit (Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, Income Related Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit, Income Support, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit or receiving Tax Credits and meeting qualifying conditions)
On a low income and named on a valid HC2 (full help) or HC3 (partial help) certificate

If your complaint relates to your sight test and you are not happy with how your complaint has been handled either by us or by NHS England, you will be advised of your right to take your complaint to the Health Service Commissioner (Ombudsman). If your complaint relates to your spectacles or contact lenses you can contact the Optical Consumer Complaints Service, 6 Market Square, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3UZ.
