Contact lens subscription Complete Contact Care is our monthly Direct Debit plan for contact lenses. It's not just about the convenience of having lenses delivered free to your door each month, as subscribers also benefit from exclusive offers and discounts. How the subscription lens plan works To sign up for Complete Contact Care, you’ll need to call into a Vision Express store. Once you’ve done that, you'll pay for your first three months of lenses to get you started. Your Direct Debit payments, which are made in advance of your next supply of lenses, will then be taken on the first working day of every month. There’s no minimum length of contract and you can cancel whenever you like.
Your deliveries will arrive at your chosen location every three months. Home delivery with Complete Contact Care is free and all of our packages will fit easily through your letterbox. Contact lens solution can also be included in your delivery if needed.

It's easy to join If you have an up-to-date contact lens prescription, simply visit or call your local store. It will only take a few minutes to set you up with no appointment required.
Don’t worry, if you don’t have a valid prescription, you can book a contact lens appointment.
Book a contact lens assessment
Manage your contact lens supply Complete Contact Care gives you the flexibility to increase or decrease the number of lenses you need each delivery.
So, if you only want to wear your lenses occasionally, you can set a lower monthly supply. Or, if you’re going away on holiday, you can top up with extra lenses to take with you.
If you find you’ve got a surplus of lenses at the end of the month, you can always pause your scheme for up to three months which allows you the time to use up any spare lenses.
