We want you to love your new glasses. But if they are not quite right, you have 100 days to return them with proof of purchase. We will arrange an exchange or a refund to help you feel confident in your choice.

How to return or exchange an item

Online purchases

Returning something you bought online is simple and should only take a few minutes.

Return an online order

Select the item or items you would like to return.
Follow the link to our delivery partner to choose your closest drop off point or locker.
Print your return label, attach it securely to your parcel and drop it off.
Make sure your product is returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

Once you have dropped off your return, it may take up to 10 days to reach us. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your item.

Before completing your return, please check the following product requirements

Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Items that are damaged, marked or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
Everything must be in its original packaging, including tags, cases, spare parts and accessories. Contact lenses products are unopened.
Products from different orders cannot be combined in one parcel.
Online orders cannot be exchanged. If you would like something different, simply return and place a new order.

Terms and conditions

You have 100 days from the date of purchase to return any item bought online or in store.
All products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
All original packaging, parts and accessories must be included.
For in store purchases, your receipt is required as proof of purchase.
Online orders must be returned through our online returns process. They cannot be returned in store.
We'll exchange your glasses for a new pair or offer a refund to the same value. You can also upgrade your glasses within 100 days by paying the difference.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
