If you are not happy with the product you have bought and wish to return your purchase to Vision Express, refer to the information below. Please note, the returns process is different for purchases made online and in store.
If you’re not happy with the new glasses you have purchased online from Vision Express, you can return them up to 60 days after receiving them.
Simply click on the link below to download a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received the glasses we will provide a full refund, which can take up to five working days.
You can also return your glasses to any Vision Express store. The store will send back to our head office, when they are received we will refund within five working days.
You can return any unused contact lenses by post within 60 days of receiving them.

Contact lenses can only be returned if they are as new and unopened.
Refunds for purchases made online can only be made via post and cannot be dealt with at any Vision Express store.

As part of our Total Satisfaction Guarantee you can return any unused products purchased in store within 60 days of receiving them. If you are returning products purchased in store, you will need your receipt as proof of purchase.

We are only able to make refunds to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
Please ensure any items to be returned are separated by their original order numbers, with a returns label created for each. Items from multiple orders cannot be returned together.
