If you are not happy with the product you have bought and wish to return your purchase to Vision Express, refer to the information below. Please note, the returns process is different for purchases made online and in store.
- Refunds and replacements for purchases made online can only be made via post and cannot be dealt with at any Vision Express store.
- Any contact lenses you return must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
- All other products must be as new, unmarked and have all original tags and labels.
- We are only able to make refunds to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
- If you are returning products purchased in store, you will need your receipt as proof of purchase.
