Spread the cost of your glasses with interest-free monthly payments, starting from just £5.70* a month. Pay monthly over 24 or 36 months, depending on the number of pairs you choose. The Eyecare Plan is available on two or more pairs of prescription glasses or sunglasses including non-prescription sunglasses.

Feel confident picking the styles you love, knowing you’ll save 20%. The discount applies to all pairs in your plan, plus accessories and eye care solutions you buy separately in store.

Free Advanced Eye Test

Stay on top of your eye health with a free advanced eye test. It gives a clear view of your eye health, to spot issues early to give you confidence and peace of mind. Your free advanced eye test includes a 3D OCT scan, Dry eye and UV assessment worth up to £35.

Free reglaze

No need to worry if your prescription changes, we’ll reglaze your active pairs free of charge if your vision shifts by 0.5 diopters or more within the first 15 months.* Applies to active pairs from date of purchase to end of month 15.

Free 100 day returns guarantee

Try your glasses with complete confidence. If they’re not quite right, return them up to 100 days from the date purchases, no questions asked.

Free lifetime servicing

We’ll help you keep your glasses looking great and feeling just right with our lifetime servicing. Pop into any store for free adjustments, cleaning or repairs for as long as you have them.

Optional breakage and loss protection

Feel reassured wherever life takes you. Add optional Accidental Breakage & Loss protection with the Grand Advantage Plan, paid for by us. You’ll only need to pay the excess if you make a claim.

How the Eyecare Plan works

It all starts with a visit to your local Vision Express store. Book your eye test and we’ll check everything thoroughly. After your test, our expert team will share your personalised prescription and help you find the perfect frames.

Once you’ve chosen your glasses or prescription sunglasses, we’ll take 20% off when you join the Eyecare Plan. Here’s how it works from there:

Step 1: Choose your plan in store

Pick two or more pairs of glasses or sunglasses, mix and match styles that reflect your personality. You’ll need at least two prescription pairs to start your plan.

Step 2: See your payment options

We’ll show you your interest free payment plan, either 24 or 36 months, depending on how many pairs you choose.

Step 3: Join the plan

You’ll need to pass a credit check and sign the electronic agreement in store to say you’re happy joining the plan.

Step 4: Make your first payment

IInstead of paying upfront, you’ll make your first monthly payment in store. Your remaining payments continue monthly until your balance is cleared with Adaro.

Step 5: Collect or get delivery

Once your glasses are ready, you can collect them in store or have them delivered to your door (delivery fee of up to £3.50 may apply).

Step 6: Add more pairs later

Want to update your style or need a spare pair? You can add more glasses or sunglasses to your plan at any time.

Months 1–15: Add one or more pairs
After month 15: Add two or more pairs.

When you do, your existing balance will be rolled into a new interest-free agreement with revised monthly payments. If you don't add any additional pairs, your plan will terminate in line with your agreement.

Note. The number of non prescription sunglasses must be less than or equal to the number of prescription glasses you have active on your plan.

How much will the Eyecare Plan cost?

Your monthly payment depends on the number of pairs you choose and their value. Here's an example when you buy 2 pairs:
