Returns

If you are not happy with the product you have bought and wish to return your purchase to Vision Express, refer to the information below. Please note, the returns process is different for purchases made online and in store.

You can return any unused contact lenses by post within 30 days of receiving them. Simply click on the link below to download a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received the contact lenses we will provide a full refund, which can take up to five working days.

Refunds for purchases made online can only be made via post and cannot be dealt with at any Vision Express store.

If you’re not happy with the new sunglasses you have purchased online from Vision Express, you can return them up to 30 days after receiving them and get a full refund. Once we have received your sunglasses, a refund can take up to five working days.

Please note

  • Refunds and replacements for purchases made online can only be made via post and cannot be dealt with at any Vision Express store.
  • Any contact lenses you return must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
  • All other products must be as new, unmarked and have all original tags and labels.
  • We are only able to make refunds to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
  • If you are returning products purchased in store, you will need your receipt as proof of purchase.
