You can buy Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses online and in selected stores.

We deliver Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses across the UK and Ireland.

To get started, you’ll need to connect your glasses to a smartphone and the Meta View app. Here’s the full checklist:

• A smartphone with a recent operating system: Android 10 or above (with location services enabled) or iOS 14.4 or above.

• Wireless internet access.

• A USB-C charging plug (if charging from a power outlet rather than a USB port).

• A valid Meta account.

• The Meta View app (available from your app store or by scanning the QR code above).

If you purchased in store, return them to the same Vision Express store.
If you purchased online, follow the link in myaccount or on our returns page to start your return within the 100-day guarantee.

Make sure to back up your captures, factory reset your glasses, and return them with all accessories in the original box.

The serial number on Ray-Ban Meta can be found in two places:  

• In the Meta AI app:  

1. Tap Devices (glasses icon).  

2. If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want.  

3. Tap Settings.  

4. Tap General.  

5. Tap About.  

- The glasses serial number is listed below Serial number.  

- The case serial number is listed below Case serial number.  

• Printed on the inside of the left temple of the glasses  

Ray-Ban Meta has a configurable action button, which you can customize in the Meta AI mobile app.  

• Once you’ve set up the action button, you can press it at any time to trigger the selected action.  

• You can change the action button configuration at any time from the Meta AI mobile app.  

How to configure the action button: 

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap the glasses icon.  

2. If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want.  

3. Tap Settings.  

4. Tap Customize controls.  

5. Tap Action button.  

6. Select the action you want to configure the action button for. 

Some actions, like live translation or quick connect, may require additional steps to set up.  

• Temple tips can be adjusted to improve fit.  

• Temple tip adjustments should only be performed by an optician.  

On Ray-Ban Meta, each nose pad can be adjusted to one of three positions with a small amount of pressure, ensuring a secure, customized fit for various nose bridges and face shapes.
