Eyecare Plan Customers

As an Eyecare plan customer you have the option to join our Grand Advantage Plan*. We understand the inconvenience of losing or breaking your new glasses, so we can fix or replace them for you. This optional service is paid for by us to give you peace of mind. You can find out more about our glasses repairs and replacements with the Grand Advantage Plan below.

How much does the Grand Advantage card cost?

As an Eyecare Plan customer we cover the cost for you if you select to join the Grand Advantage Plan. You do not need to pay anything additional to receive this cover.

Fuss-free glasses insurance

If your glasses are accidentally damaged, lost or stolen, we will repair or replace them without any hassle. All you need to do is take your glasses with your Grand Advantage Plan back to the store you purchased them from.

We can carry out a range of repairs for you, from scratch removal to replacing your glasses’ lenses. If your glasses or sunglasses need replacing due to accidental damage, you simply pay 25% of the cost for a new pair. If they are lost or stolen, you will pay 50% excess for a replacement pair.

Share your benefits

Your friends and family members can get 10% off selected purchases for the duration of cover. All they need to do is present your card or the valid voucher provided to receive their discount.
