• This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Vision Express, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Vision Express, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
• This promotion is valid from 20/11/2026 until 30/11/2026 during the participating stores' regular opening hours during the Promotional Period.
• The Gift is subject to availability and stock levels may vary between participating stores.
• This promotion will automatically be applied at checkout, in store, and no code is required.
• This promotion has no cash alternative.
• If the customer returns any or all products from the transaction which made them eligible for this promotion, then the customer must also return the Gift. If the gift is not returned, Vision Express reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund.
• Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Vision Express, which is final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

• Customers who book an eligible AI glasses demonstration appointment between 05/11/2026 and 19/11/2026 and attend their appointment between 20/11/2026 and 30/11/2026 will be entitled to receive one Ray-Ban Keychain ("Gift").
• The promotion is available through bookings made online at Vision Express and in participating Vision Express stores.
• No purchase is necessary to qualify for this promotion.
• The Gift will be provided at the end of the customer's attended demo appointment, subject to availability.
• Only one Gift may be claimed per customer, regardless of the number of appointments booked or attended.
• Customers must attend their booked demo appointment to qualify. Customers who cancel, do not attend their appointment, or attend an appointment scheduled outside the qualifying dates will not be eligible for a Gift.
• The promotion is not open to directors, officers, employees, agents or consultants of Vision Express, any person directly or indirectly connected with the administration of the promotion, or their immediate family members.
• The promotion booking period runs from 05/11/2026 to 30/11/2026. Qualifying demo appointments must take place between 20/11/2026 and 30/11/2026 during participating stores' usual opening hours.
• The Gift is subject to availability and stock levels may vary between participating stores.
• The Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Vision Express, which shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion.
• Vision Express reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
