"Hi, The reason for me sending this feedback is that I wanted to highlight the amazing customer service I received at your Swansea store, before going to see the staff at the store I had been around to the other company's to check for the best deal and how willing they were to help. What I found was that they were ok but after visiting the Vision Express Swansea store they simply didn't stack up to the expertise or customer service of the staff you have at Swansea. I am always busy or in a rush but this was no problem for your staff who were always on hand to help, very helpful when getting my contact lenses for the first time and equally as helpful when I returned to order glasses. So to put it simply from someone who works in a customer service job the staff were amazing and professionals at what they do. Easily the best customer service i have ever experienced, one very happy customer who would recommend them to anyone."

It is a pleasure to write to bring your attention tot he lovely and friendly and most helpful staff at Vision Express Quadrant Swansea.

My husband and i have been customers for seventeen years. We have met some lovely staff over the years. Like manager Jill, Sam and Lee of who unfortunately are no longer at Swansea Vision Express, such good luck to each of them. We are aware Lee is now Manager at Vision Express Carmarthen, a well deserved promotion for him.

On Sunday 23rd June, was such a fabulous experience at Vision Express, I would like to compliment your three members of staff on that day, which were Lucy, Lisa and Carley. Just a team of three, and believe me they were kept very busy. Their attitude, friendliness and help offered was just amazing. Whatever advice and help my husband and i required was dealt with promptly and in the most polite manner.

Lucy could fit in my husband's eye test, which was unexpected and so pleased she could do. As with severity of ill health it is often difficult to persuade my husband to have done what is needed. So believe me this unexpected eye test and choosing new specs for him was a bonus and so worthwhile.Lucy has been our optometrist for quite some years, we couldn't and wouldn't have any one better, she is most patient and understanding of our needs, many thanks to her.

Then Lisa and Carley helped us both choose new frames. These girls are so helpful and friendly. In all fairness they would give honest opinions, so we would have what best suited each of us. Honestly it was such a pleasure to be in Vision Express with such lovely members of staff.

Whilst our stay they were kept very busy with other customers. It was nice to notice all customers being treated in the same manner. Also any wait we had was with a lovely cup of tea.

"I would like to commend the staff at your Swansea Quadrant store.
On Saturday I was in work and my glass fell out of its frame, I had busy appointments all that morning. But as soon as I turned up at the store the staff could not do enough to make me comfortable and my glasses were re-glazed within 30 minutes. The speed was very much appreciated, but I wanted to commend the staff who all were busy but whilst I waited each one of them took the time to either give me an update or offer refreshments. I am so pleased with their levels of customer service I feel they should be nominated as a star store if your company runs such a scheme."
