"I would like to thank manager and staff who pulled out all the stops when my newly ordered glasses went missing. Having to re-order another pair they managed to get them in record time. The staff were very helpful and tried everything possible to find out what had happened.

"I was delighted with the service I received from both David and Kirsty on Monday 3rd October. On entering the store I was seen almost instantly that has not happened before and although my glasses were broken it did not seem to be a problem. David asked if I could come back to the store twenty minutes later and my designer glasses were repaired. I can not tell you how pleased I was. I expected to have to purchase another designer pair of glasses because of the nature of the damage to the left side arm.
On my return I was wearing an old pair of glasses my stand by pair which were pinching my nose, but although mentioning to Kirsty they were not a pair of vision express glasses she instantly repaired the nose supports and tightened both the side arms.
It was the best service I have ever had although both my husband and I have been visiting the store for a number of years. Well done for your excellent customer service and thank you both so much for helping me in a difficult situation as I can not see very well without my glasses.
I went into the store that morning very depressed but following the repair, I was so very pleased with the outcome I can't tell you what a difference it made to my day.
