The store is on West Street; the main pedestrianised shopping street in the centre of Horsham. You’ll find us about 10 doors down from the entrance to Swan Walk shopping centre, opposite Game and located in between The Flight Centre and Betfred.

By Car:

The main route past Horsham is the A24. From here follow the signs to the town centre and follow the A281 round the town to the sign-posted car parks.

By Train:

Horsham Railway Station is just over a 10 minute walk from the store. On exit of the station, head left along North Street, cross the main road and continue along South Street into the town centre. Turn right onto West Street where the store is situated.

By Bus:

The main bus terminals in Horsham are situated next to the railway station.

A big welcome from all the team here at the Horsham store. We are here to look after your every need when visiting Vision Express, whether it's for an Eye Test, Contact Lens fit, choosing a new pair of glasses or just popping in for a simple repair.

Your NHS Entitlement

Get a free eye test

Some patients qualify for a free NHS eye examination and optical vouchers. Find out if you are eligible for a free vision test.

Criteria	NHS funded sight test	NHS Optical voucher
Aged under 16
Aged 16, 17 or 18 in full time education
Aged 60 or over
Diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma
Considered to be at risk of glaucoma (as advised by an ophthalmologist)
Aged 40 or over and the parent, brother, sister, son or daughter of a person diagnosed with glaucoma
Registered blind or partially sighted
Eligible for an NHS Complex Lens Voucher (your optician will advise on your entitlement)
Claiming Benefit (Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, Income Related Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit, Income Support, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit or receiving Tax Credits and meeting qualifying conditions)
On a low income and named on a valid HC2 (full help) or HC3 (partial help) certificate
