The store is located on Old Woking Road in the centre of the town. You’ll find us next to the Carpet Workshop.

By Car:

From Junction 11 of the M25 - Exit the roundabout onto St Peter's Way/A320 and continue to follow through 2 roundabouts. Take the 1st exit at the next roundabout onto Martyrs Lane. After half a mile, turn left onto Woodham Lane, and right at Sheerwater Lane to stay on the A245. At the next junction turn left onto Old Woking Road, where you’ll see the store on your right hand-side.

By Rail:

West Byfleet Railway Station is less than a five minute walk away from the store. From the station, head along Station Approach to reach Old Woking Road. Turn right and after 2 minutes, you’ll find us on your left hand-side.

Your NHS Entitlement

Get a free eye test

Some patients qualify for a free NHS eye examination and optical vouchers. Find out if you are eligible for a free vision test.

Criteria	NHS funded sight test	NHS Optical voucher
Aged under 16
Aged 16, 17 or 18 in full time education
Aged 60 or over
Diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma
Considered to be at risk of glaucoma (as advised by an ophthalmologist)
Aged 40 or over and the parent, brother, sister, son or daughter of a person diagnosed with glaucoma
Registered blind or partially sighted
Eligible for an NHS Complex Lens Voucher (your optician will advise on your entitlement)
Claiming Benefit (Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, Income Related Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit, Income Support, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit or receiving Tax Credits and meeting qualifying conditions)
On a low income and named on a valid HC2 (full help) or HC3 (partial help) certificate
A prisoner being seen outside prison
