"This is a much-belated commendation for the Cambridge Grafton Centre branch. Their level of service is outstanding and the way that the staff has coped with the renovation and alteration works has been superb. They are always friendly and welcoming, reassuring and professional. In particular, Hannah Costa is an outstanding counter assistant and gave me her time cheerfully to help me to the purchase of the best pair of frames I've ever had. Not only that, but she remembers my name every time I call in and even recognises my voice when I call on the phone! Louise Micelli is also a fantastic optician. She spotted early signs of what is turning out to be a fairly serious health problem, through her care in doing contact lens eye examinations. I do hope, eventually, to be able to return to contact lenses and my old direct debit scheme. In the mean time, the team at Grafton deserve every possible accolade from the firm - they are wonderful!"

"Steve the manager is an asset to the store customer service is exceptional. I will never forget the time I was running late from work and was on my last pair of contact lenses and he waited for me and even came outside to the back of the store to my car to deliver them. That's what you call true customer service. A big thank you Steve . Also very polite in answering telephone"
