On the 21st Feb I took my elderly father's glasses in as he had accidently stood on them.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and stated that they wouldn't be able to fix them straight away and there would be a charge of £15 (which we didn’t mind in the circumstances) but if we wanted them straight away to try other independent opticians in town.
Well as it was his only pair, we tried the other opticians only to be told in one shop that he would need new frames, and in the other they could not be fixed at all!!!
So we went back to Vision Express and the lady could not of been more helpful.
She said that it could take up to 10 days but she would try and hurry it through.
We are very happy to report that they arrived on the Sat 25th.
We are so pleased and feel we wanted to express how pleased we are as everybody is so quick to complain about things these days.
Thank-you.
I recently snapped one of the arms off my glasses and the service from Vision Express was absolutely brilliant, especially considering I'm living in Spain at the moment! They sent replacement frames for free within a week. I'm so grateful to them! Amazing service!
