It's amazing how many people rule themselves out of wearing contact lenses because they don't think they have a suitable prescription. Technological advances in contact lenses are amongst the fastest moving in optics so it's a rare occurrence when we can't find the perfect lens to suit any eye - even those that require varifocals!

He did a great job in getting glasses for my son and was very patient and considerate in advising him about contact lenses. We had a great experience and would be pleased to recommend the branch to friends.
With best wishes
I cannot praise the service of your outlet in Winchester enough.
I had a problem, dropped in, and they were SO helpful, arranging an appointment quickly, the optician who saw me examined me gently, explaining as he went, the young lady who dealt with my initial tests, explained all the equipment so I knew what they were doing.
Every level of my interaction with the staff was as good as it can get.
I wasn't pressured into buying new frames or services and it seemed that they were interested in my wellbeing, which in turn made me feel comfortable in their environment.
This is the best experience of customer service that I have encountered for a VERY long time, anywhere.
