She took the time to tell me everything I needed to know to make an informed choice about which lenses were best for me and which frames were suitable for those lenses.
I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision and nothing was too much trouble for her.
I am looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks to have my glasses fitted.
If you're looking for an opticians and aren't sure which one to choose I have no hesitation in recommending Vision Express in Coventry, especially Brinda.
I have today visited your shop in West Orchards, Coventry for an eye test and to choose new glasses. I would like to say how professional both Vijay, who checked my eyes, and Lauren who helped me to choose new specs, were.
They were kind and professional, at the same time, and Lauren was very patient with me when I was choosing new frames.
