From North/West:

M1 exit Junction 15a. Continue east on local roads. At roundabout take 2nd exit, follow sign posts A43 to Northampton. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A45 (Danes Camp Way). At roundabout take 3rd exit  onto A45 (Danes Camp Way). At roundabout take 1st exit A45 (Towcester Road). At third roundabout take 2nd exit onto A508 Horse Shoe Street and follow signs to Car Parks.

From South:

M1 exit Junction 15. At roundabout take third exit onto A508. Take 2nd exit signposted Town Centre. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A508 (London Road). At Carlsberg Factory traffic lights take left exit onto A5123 (St Peters Way). At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A508 (Horse Shoe Street) and follow signs to Car Parks.

From East:

Depart A45 Nene Valley Way before flyover. Exit in left hand lane onto A428 (Bedford Road). At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A5123 ( Vicrtoia Promenade). Continue straight on to St Peters Way. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A508 Horse Shoe Street and follow signs to Car Parks.

If your complaint relates to your sight test and you are not happy with how your complaint has been handled either by us or by NHS England, you will be advised of your right to take your complaint to the Health Service Commissioner (Ombudsman). If your complaint relates to your spectacles or contact lenses you can contact the Optical Consumer Complaints Service, 6 Market Square, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3UZ.
