From the west via the A66 to Middlesbrough

Take the exit signposted Town Centre. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B1272. Turn left at Borough Road. Continue to follow Borough Road. Turn left at Albert Road. The entrance to The Mall car park is left, just beyond the Town Hall.

From the east via the A66 to Middlesbrough

Take the exit signposted Town Centre / Station. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit Borough Rd. Turn left at Albert Rd . The entrance to The Mall car park is left, just beyond the Town Hall.

From the North via the A19 North.
