read more »I needed the services of an optician again recently. I was really concerned that I only have Vision Express locally but needed to give it a go. I walked into your Clapham Common store and was greeted by Cerena. She was instantly friendly and explained the options of various contact lenses to me and booked me for an appointment. The costs and options were presented to me with no obligation. She built my trust back already. When my appointment arrived I was seen by Alex who is by far the most friendly optician I have ever met. She seems incredibly knowledgable but also personable, friendly and builds rapport. She amended my prescription, gave me great advice and I trusted what she said. Cerena then helped me to fit my lenses. She sat patiently and reassured me offering useful suggestions to help me be able to fit them. She then talked me through the options available and signed me up for what I believe to be the best deal for me. I've never felt pressured into anything by any of the staff in this store. I've also encountered Nick who seems permanently friendly and warm with customers. This store is a real credit to your brand and I cannot recommend it more highly to my friends. I really hope you will be able to recognise the work they do for Vision Express an also pass on my thanks to them all.
