The store is located in the North End area of Croydon. You’ll find us in the centre of the pedestrian High Street, next door to Pandora.
There are several car parks in the North End area, including QPark on Charles Street, Alders car park on Dingwall Avenue and one within Centralle Shopping centre.
West Croyden Rail, Tube, and tram stations are just off Station Road; a few minutes’ walk from the store. Most buses into Croydon also stop here.

read more »I would like to thank Croydon branch (sorry I didn't get the name of the member of staff who served me but they all seemed very helpful) for fixing my glasses and for the exceptional service I received, I purchased my glasses from your Sutton Branch and when I went there to see if they could fix them they couldn't. So thank you once again Croydon for being so helpful and I know where I will be going for my next pair.
I am writing to comment on the exceptionally positive experience I have had with Vision Express with Croydon. I purchased some glasses in December 2011 and I have to say the style and customer service approach of Paul, and the optician, and Moses the lab technician were just top class.
Since then I have had a problem with my eye and my Dr referred me to have an investigation and the trainee was exceptionally thorough and was checked by her manager and once again Paul the manager made a welcoming comment. I have to say I rarely (almost never) comment or experience such positive customer service and this should be positively recognised. A great job from the team that truly stands out as both professional and personable.
