read more »I would just like to say thanks to a lovely lady in your Islington store who was very kind and helpful. I had recently bought some Rayban sunglasses and the case was faulty, and I had it changed very quickly without fuss.
I recently visited your store in Islington for an eye test and to purchase a new pair of spectacles and I must commend the service I was given.
I have been visiting opticians for over 40 years, but the service I received at your store was by far the best. The sight test was very thorough and the ophthalmic optician explained, at every step, what he was doing and why. He also took his time to explain what the results were, what he found and what that meant to me.
After my sight test I purchased a pair of spectacles. The shop floor staff were again very thorough and helpful, and although my spectacles took a little longer to arrive than expected (30 days) the quality is first class and they are the thinnest I have ever purchased.
