The easiest way to get to Vision Express Romford is by Tube and the station is only an eight minute walk from the store.
When leaving the station, turn left and walk along South Street. Take a right onto Western Street and walk alongside the Liberty 1 building. At the roundabout, turn left. The entrance to the building will be on your left.

We were served by Ray the store manager and the service, courtesy and professionalism of this man is excellent and quite a refreshing change from the slack approach recieved in a lot of stores these days.
I cannot praise Ray highly enough and his attitude and enthusiasm should be held as an example to all staff members.
Please extend my views to Ray and long may Vision Express continue to perform at this level.
I've worn glasses all my life and stupidly, for the first time, went to an online discount glasses style company for my glasses last year. Normally my glasses last me 4-5+yrs but I've had to change after 12 months due to the poor quality!!
Vision Express Romford, in particular manager Sean, spent a considerable amount of time helping me get back on track with some brilliant glasses with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude. I never once felt rushed, pressured to buy or that he had somewhere else to be. I was made to feel that I was the only customer in the shop, even though they were busy. An experience becoming more and more rare in today's world.
I could not recommend Sean and his team any higher. Fantastic service. 10/10
