By Car
Southbound
On the A130, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout to stay onthe A130, towards Chelmsford. Turn left at Southend Rd. Turn right to stay on Southend Rd. After 8.7 miles. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto the A1245 heading towards London. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A127 ramp to Southend. Join the A127 and after 1 mile, exit at he A129 exit towards Rayleigh. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto High Rd. Vision express will be on your left.
Eastbound
On the A13 take the 1st exit at Salders Farm Roundabout onto the A13, heading towards Rayleigh. Take the 2nd exit at he roundabout onto the A13. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto the A130 heading towards Rayleigh. Continue through 1 roundabout. After 10 miles, turn left at Southend Rd. Turn right to stay on Southend Rd Slight left at the A130. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout, onto the A1245. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto the A127 ramp to Southend. Join the A127 and after 1 mile take the A129 exit towards Rayleigh. . Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto High Rd. Vision express will be on your left.
Heading Northwest
On the A127/Southend Arterial Road, take the exit towards Rayleigh and the A129. Join Southend Arterial Rd. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto High Rd. Vision express will be on your left.

read more »I would like to say how amazing the customer service was on Wednesday 8th Feb, I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me, but he really did go beyond his role and really helped me so much I walked away feeling so pleased and of course an amazing pair of glasses too chosen by him!

I would like to say that the customer service both my husband and I received on Sat 14th January was fantastic. I unfortunately don't have the names of the staff but as I understand it there were only 3 member in due to sickness, the gentleman on the shop floor, the optometrist and the store director.
My husband had been a customer of Boots but received such bad service asked to be accommodated at VE. The staff at the store made sure that he received the eye test he needed on the day and also made sure he received his contact lenses in 2 days as they were needed for an important event.
We purchased 3 pairs of glasses that day in store and for each set care was taken to ensure they were the right fit and spec. All 3 members of staff were very helpful, polite, friendly and extremely professional.
The service was so good I thought it deserved a mention. Very good job!
