Making your decision and making your purchase. As we know, it can be a tough decision but by now with all the advice you will have received in store you'll be comfortable with your choices and the final price of your glasses, after all, you are in control every step of the way, we're just here to help you make the best choices. The final price of your glasses will be as a result of the options you have chosen and we happily revise this with you until you are satisfied with the price.

Receiving your new glasses - Depending on your prescription and the options you have chosen will depend on how long it is before you can have your new glasses; but generally we aim to have them with you in a couple of days or by a time agreed with you.
Exchange
And if for some unlikely reason you're not happy with your glasses within 30-days of use, bring them back to us as we're the only Optician to offer a 30 Day exchange guarantee on all our glasses. Our price guarantee means that if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.
Furthermore we offer a 90 day guarantee specifically on Varifocal lenses, where we will exchange your lenses to the value of your original purchase.*
*Applies up to 90 days after the original purchase (including 2 pairs, distance and reading if necessary) – if the exchange is of a higher value, you simply pay the difference. No cash alternative for lower value exchanges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
